A formal request to interview CasinoNewsAndEntertainment Host - SuperModel Flabio was made by NiagaraThisWeek Editor-Gord Bowes on May 2, 2008.
An interview that would only be granted if CasinoNewsAndEntertaintainment was allowed to videotape same.
On May 23rd 2008 two delightful NiagaraThisWeek reporters spent almost 3 hours interviewing SuperModel Flabio. Our studio and audio equipped security cameras followed the interview from the Public Comment Speaker’s Corner into the Evel Knievel Museum.
In Part 1 of this interview, the primary topic was the “Public’s Right To Know”. Something that the Canadian media no longer reports.
Who better to debate this with than members of the media?
A few examples from two newspapers were used as well as the plight of Senior Citizen Konrad Eigner (Video #011) who was criminally assaulted by two unknown males trespassing on his property.
To date the Niagara Regional Police refuse to disclose Konrad’s assailants names.
At the end of Part 1, both NiagaraThisWeek reporters concurred with SuperModel Flabio.
CasinoNewsAndEntertainment appreciated NiagaraThisWeek’s concern about the identity and welfare of its public Host.
To date we're awaiting NiagaraThisWeek’s SuperModel Flabio interview. ???

The Niagara Regional Police wrote punched / kicked / pushed in their report of Konrad Eigner assault but are not defendants here?
It appears that the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantee of equal protection and equal benefit of the Law has no standing in Mr. Eigner’s case.
The Law Firm representing Larry Fontaine Jr.’s who served the attached notice below and it's previous partners are not strangers to Police Boards and Officer Misconducts.
